Utah Symphony Sundance opening events, studio and distributor partner dinners, and patron-class private hosting are part of our Sundance calendar in SLC. We coordinate with Park City programming for clients who run hospitality across both cities.
We serve the Avenues, Federal Heights, Harvard-Yale, Holladay, Olympus Cove, Cottonwood Heights, Sugar House, Millcreek, Sandy, Draper, and Lehi — plus the broader Wasatch Front and Silicon Slopes corridor. Travel surcharges are never added separately — all distance is built into the All-Inclusive proposal.
Reschedules are handled case-by-case. Generally: 90+ days out, full deposit transfers with no penalty. 30-90 days, partial transfer with re-stocking adjustment. Headcount adjustments are far more common — for corporate events we typically allow +/- 10% headcount up to 7 days before the event. Sundance opening week and Silicon Slopes Summit reschedules are tighter given peak demand, similar to festival-week constraints in our resort markets.
